1101 Ocean is a mixed-use project in the oceanfront town of Asbury Park, NJ designed by Handel Architects. The model was designed so that the tower plugs into the base, which has an interlocking support system that supports the weight of the tower. 520 5th Avenue is a mixed-use project designed by Handel Architects located in New York City. The model focuses on the large commercial program, which comprises the first five floors of the structure and features a prominent triple-height space. The Cherry Street project is in the initial stage of design by Handel Architects and this site model was created to be able to test massing strategies and to understand the site.
